Instead of listening, he talks over you, very condescending- again entitlement. Then asks after arguing and upsetting you, are you okay now? Do you feel better now? So condescending and needs to be fired for his customer service and lack of talking to customers with respect. Not one apology after speaking to his manager, just walking by me in lobby whistling as loud as possible and laughing with friends all in my face, obviously letting me see he’s in great spirits while i sit here beyond mad and disrespected. It’s put a horrific feeling in me for my future oil changes, any service whatsoever, don’t want to deal with the entitlement and the giggling and laughing. i will say Christian, the manager, was and is always professional, apologized and gave me his card to call him directly in the future and told me his behavior is not acceptable. More
