Courteous and professional Took my murano to Loney for oil change and was transported to nearby mall while I waited on service completion, which was very convenient and apprecia Took my murano to Loney for oil change and was transported to nearby mall while I waited on service completion, which was very convenient and appreciated. The scheduled service took about 2 hours which was a bit lengthy given it was mearly an oil change. New sticker applied to window showing when next service was to be scheduled however, car was not reset electronically so each time it’s started up, the “Maintenence Oil Change” notification displays on dash. Don’t think I’m willing to wait at dealership for any length of time to get notification cleared. This is very frustrating to me since I take my car in to STOP having Maintenence notifications flash relentlessly on dashboard each time I start my car until service has been completed. Here’s to another 3-4 months of seeing same unnecessary reminder of service that was just completed. My advice, check before you leave the lot so it can be fixed on the spot. More

As usual, it sucked Went in for an “express” oil change and came out 3 hours later with just an oil change that took 3 hours. Received an I’m sorry..... Also received the explanation of things that need attention and nothing was explained to me or even talked about. No idea who the person who helped was because my normal service person was not there. HUGE MISTAKE! More

problem with car not a problem for me went in for routine service and a noise in front suspension. service was completed and noise diagnosed and repair described in a tech bulletin. was gi went in for routine service and a noise in front suspension. service was completed and noise diagnosed and repair described in a tech bulletin. was given a loaner car to drive while repairs were made. returned to find my car washed and ready , noise repaired and ready to go. all covered by warranty.
