Outstanding! I'd been hearing about the outstanding customer service, and services that you receive from Lokey Nissan from a family member but had never given them I'd been hearing about the outstanding customer service, and services that you receive from Lokey Nissan from a family member but had never given them a try, mainly because it was more convenient for me to go a few blocks from where I lived and obtain service. However, I decided I would give them a try upon my second required service since owning my Nissan and boy oh boy am I glad I did! I'd never experienced such honesty, integrity, and knowledge, from a company the way I have at Lokey. I mean they make you feel so assured and secure about entrusting all of your auto needs to them. So glad I made the switch, it's worth the drive! More

Incomplete service and muddy car I dropped my car off to be serviced for a warranty item that they did not fix the last time I brought it in for. and also to have the windows tinte I dropped my car off to be serviced for a warranty item that they did not fix the last time I brought it in for. and also to have the windows tinted. At end of day I called to see if it was ready they told me it was not done yet so I had to get a ride with the service I am when I got picked up I arrived and they said it had been completed except for the warranty work which was frustrating. So I got my keys and left and walked out to the car and it was covered in white mug the wheel wells covered in white mud the floor mats covered in mud and shell. I was frustrated and drove off Vowing to find somewhere else to service my vehicle. Also, I had parts ordered and irs been two weeks and no has called to tell me they are in yet. More
