My 91-year-old mother brought her car there for brakes they replaced two rear brakes and two rear rotors gave her a bill over $800 this is outright highway robbery charged her $239 for brake fluid service More

We stand by both the products and service we provide which are warrantied for one year. I spoke with the service advisor who assisted your mother and the service manager who was present during their conversation. Mrs. Reimers was presented with a couple of different options and seemed pleased with the one she chose. Your mother was treated with the same respect, courtesy, and professionalism we extend to all our customers. Everything was explained in detail to ensure she was able to make an informed decision. We would not question her ability to make a choice because of her age—that would be discrimination.

My mom is 91 and has no clue of what you're talking about a car you can tell her anything and she's going to believe it you use that to your advantage you could tell her anything and she will agree to it you took advantage of a 91 year old lady who has no clue about anything on a car and to try to justify $800 bill for two rotors two pads and a container of brake fluid and charge over $800 is beyond belief
