Dealing with Anthony was by far our best experience at any dealership. I came from dealing with 2 Chevy and another ford dealer. Anthony's customer service made me a customer for life. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus and leased a 2013 F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the market for a new dealership. Tom Ryan has been my salesman for several years at Lasco and when he left, my service left with him. I had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Lasco in the past. I found Szott Ford to be very friendly and most helpful from the initial "hello" to the time Tom and the finance manager were helping me put the deal together for the two vehicles. My wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and informed during the entire process. There was no pressure and none of the long waiting and sometimes over done sales pitches. I have been a ford person for many years. But Anthony Ketchum got me approved with a new focus 2 years ago after I had to turn in my EDGE lease. When I saw the new styles of the cars, I got the "itch". Hers is the deal. My last car I purchased this year was my 4th vehicle that I have gotten from Anthony and it was my 3rd that came from Szott Ford. Every time that I left the lot after getting a car from my 4th vehicle that I have gotten from Anthony and it was my 3rd that came from Szott Ford. Every time that I left the lot after getting a car from Anthony I was literally ecstatic. This year I purchased my second Mustang from Anthony. I left his lot with a fully loaded 2013 5.0 convertible with every possible option that Ford had to offer. Anthony spent a lot of time getting me financing for the vehicle. But he had numerous banks at his disposal and in the end, he got the job done. Needless to say, I love the Mustang. It's a lot faster than my other one and I am seriously considering trading it in next summer for a Boss 302. Of course, all I will have to do is call Anthony, tell him what I want and he will take care of the rest. 100% stress free environment and experience. Anthony will tell you he's an artist.
