Blown away with how happy I am From start to finish I was happy with my experience. I didn't even know a dealership would provide so much service and customer care. The atmosphere was amazing, every one there was nice and had a smile. I didn't even know places like this existed anymore lol. Was this a movies set and when I left the director yelled cut and everyone was went back to being normal? Almost a too good to be true scenario. Looks like I will have to be driving Ford from here on out, even if I want another brand. This is the type of service response and treatment I want to get when dropping a lot of cash on something. The finance guy Anthony Ketchum (what kind of last name is that) was hilarious. I have only met one other person funnier than Anthony, and that's my buddy Eric why? He was easy to work with and made things easy enjoyable. Almost to the point I felt like I was going to over stay my welcome because the conversation never stopped. John Wayne Gabler made sure to make everything smooth as well. When you go there and you see these two names you are in for a good transaction. I honestly couldn't be happier, I have my nice Explorer Limited that I wanted and there were no hiccups. I'll be back, my Fiance is due for a vehicle. I finally found "My" dealership. I didn't know such a thing could even exist. More

It was quick and I was out the door with my car, license plate, registration, and title. First New Car Went in looking to buy my first new car out of college and just chose the first ford dealership that came up on Google. No pressure what so ever and got to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Loved working with Mike on what my options were and he was great at keeping in touch with me and not being pushy. The financing went great and we worked out a plan so I could drive it home on Friday night to show off my brand new 2014 Fusion to everyone. As far as I'm concerned I would drive back down here no matter where I am located in the future to work with these guys and think I made a great choice not only in car but who I bought it from. More
