I had never been to Szott Ford before, and it was a 30 minute drive, but I decided to see what they could do for me. My salesperson, Adam, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and really worked hard without pressuring me to find me the best vehicle for the best price to suit my needs and wants. He simply listened to me and provided several vehicle options. The sales manager, Chris, and the finance manager, Anthony were also just as helpful and accommodating. In fact the entire dealership made me feel comfortable. Because my experience was so wonderful I now have a Szott Ford leased vehicle, and I would highly recommend Szott Ford, Adam, Chris, and Anthony without reservation to anyone looking for a new ride. She was extremely easy to work with and very instrumental in helping me purchase the vehicle. I closed out the deal with Renee who was also great to work with and kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. Anthony, the financial manager shared the needed information without being overly assertive. Very friendly guy. Chris, the sales manager was great! This entire team of people I mentioned was by far the best I came across in my search for a new vehicle. They were all very nice, professional, kind, helpful, and friendly. Got a fair price for my trade, some additional rebates, a sweet Labor Day finance deal through Ford (0%, 72 months). She made it idiot proof. Suffice it to say that I'm now driving my first ever Ford, and the car is awesome. Renee is even more awesome, and just a wee wisp of a woman. Living large while standing 5-feet tall. That's Renee's motto, and if it isn't it should be. More
