After several months of "waiting" we decided it was time again to start the process. I found out that Kyle was active duty with the National Guard (thank you Kyle) and we were to meet with Brandyn. What a great experience!! I, like many others, cringe about the thought of going to a dealership. Brandyn and other staff made it SO easy and comfortable it was like dealing with a friend. Polite, professional and courteous at every turn. Ethan was great! He brought us out to the vehicle and made CERTAIN that we knew where and how the controls worked, pointed out some options and asked if we needed anything else before we left. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend Jeff Belzer's!! A perfect example of how a dealership should work!! I cant think of everyone's names so hopefully I don't forget anyone but, Thanks to everyone! More
