My 30 day check in the service dept was quick, took about 20 mins. Spoke with John Pitts, delivery specialists, about some quirks and questions I had. Subaru of Jacksonville to the rescue…Driving back to Florida, the 4 year old battery decided to expire while on I95, just north of Jacksonville. First thing the next morning, Mike Needham, in service, call to let us know the car was repaired and ready to go. Great dealership, great car!! More
