Good buy, Crazy rules Good car selection. Good salesman. Good price. Obstructive rules for actual purchase transaction: No financing needed. Would not accept company check Good car selection. Good salesman. Good price. Obstructive rules for actual purchase transaction: No financing needed. Would not accept company check so had to go get cashiers check. Cashiers check had to have only name of title holder on cashiers check. I had to do paperwork twice. Manager would allow salesman to go to my house to pick up personal check but not take paperwork for signature. I had to take new car off premises even though that meant leaving old car there since it was not a trade-in. I had to go pick up my spouse to sign papers and pick up other car. all these shenanigans added hours to what should have been an easy cash transaction. More

He answered our questions and made us feel that we were making the right decision. It felt great to walk out with the Toyota RAV4 2018 we were looking for. Mr. Tan Nguyen was very courteous. He offered water and I said, no, thank you. When he walked away I felt I should have said "yes". He returned with bottles of cold, refreshing water.
