Very positive. Pamela, the service representative was great Prompt servicing and good work. My exhaust rattling was a loose clamp. Poor experience with Anthony Grippo We bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from salesman Anthony Grippo in early 2017. When we got home we realized that the car lacked floor mats (whic We bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from salesman Anthony Grippo in early 2017. When we got home we realized that the car lacked floor mats (which we overlooked while at the dealership). I called Anthony about two or three times to request the floor mats, thinking this is small potatoes to a dealership. Each time, Anthony promised to get them to me. It never happened. Worse yet, about a month later, during a rainy day, I realized that the car's rear window wiper was not working, and confirmed with an independent mechanic that it would cost a few hundred to replace the parts. I wrote to Michael Chiusano (General Sales Manager) and Anthony Grippo, noting that something like this should not have happened on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that is supposed to pass through a series of multi-point tests. What happened? I never heard back. More

Anthony's integrity and helpfulness is a true asset to the team We had a positive car buying experience at Bay Ridge Subaru, thanks to Anthony Grippo. Anthony's integrity and helpfulness is a true asset to the team at Bay Ridge. He evaluated a difficult situation clearly and did the right thing. Anthony far exceeded our expectations and turned our car buying experience into a very positive one. A quick bit of background: Our experience working with Anthony during the purchasing process of our certified pre-owned 2014 Subaru Outback went smoothly. However, after we drove the car home we noticed problems with the two rear tires. We contacted Anthony about the problem. He set up an appointment for us when the Service Department again opened on Monday. When we arrived at Bay Ridge Subaru, Anthony met us and looked at the tires with the service manager, Andrew. Apologizing for the car not being up to certified pre-owned standards, he assured us that it would be taken care of right away. We waited while two new tires were installed. Bay Ridge Subaru has a good team of people and Anthony Grippo is right at the top as far as we are concerned. When we are ready to purchase another Subaru, we will contact Anthony first. Of that you can be sure! More

He never pressured us or "fast talked" us, and offered us the best deal of all the Subaru dealers we visited. We also met with Michael Chiusano and he was equally helpful, informative and non-pressuring. Once we had purchased the vehicle, Anthony took the time to familiarize us with it and show us how the equipment worked, and even told us that we could call him any time if we had any further questions.
