Southside Kia service department is always outstanding to their customers. They really show us that they care & are concerned if there is a problem. They also keep us updated on the progress. I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. My car was ready in the time frame advised. My car was washed afterwards. I did notice my clock and pre set radio stations were off time/stations.
