Poor communication about the issues with my car, on multiple visits. This review could have been avoided if a caring, knowledgable person was able to address my concerns immediately within the first 20 multiple visits. This review could have been avoided if a caring, knowledgable person was able to address my concerns immediately within the first 20 minutes of my first visit. Instead, it was dragged out over weeks and multiple visits. I did not feel listened to. I did not feel valued as a customer. I never felt like I got an honest answer that showed a modicum of empathy; they just wanted to move me along. Even when Anthony Gonzalez finally offered me a solution, he was demeaning, saying "You just need to read the owner's manual." (And I'll note, his solution is not listed in the owner's manual). More

Chas was very thorough and helpful with his suggestions. I have 2 problems with this dealership, one took me 3-4 days to get a hold of someone in the service department and two for it to take well over 2 hours just to change a battery with an appointment is craz days to get a hold of someone in the service department and two for it to take well over 2 hours just to change a battery with an appointment is crazy.
