I had an incredible experience with the Audi Service Center from beginning to end. First, scheduling my appt was very easy and liked I received a text with the date and time as well as a reminder text. Center from beginning to end. The day of my appt I was running 30 mins late (I hate being late) but luckily they were so kind to still take me. Since I was half asleep from working a double shift I was so grateful to be greeted by this very sympathetic man who took my car and guided me through the next step. I then met my Service Advisor Anthony who then became my own personal contact person for the rest of the process. He actually changed my mind by the end about bringing my car to the dealership for service. He was so fast and efficient…I was out of there with my free loaner car, with a snack and coffee in hand :) I was then updated from him personally about my car and I could text him with any questions. I was so impressed with his exceptional customer service skills. He went above and beyond to help me :) Thank you Anthony! I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience at Audi Burlington.
