I had a very bad experience with the Audi assist. It literally took 24hours for someone to come and get a tow from my location to the dealership! And every time I called I got a text saying they were on there way. And I even had to walk 7miles to get to my car and wait for a tow to meet me at my car and he never showed up ! I even made a time to meet him! However, Anthony from the service department was very helpful and he helped me tremendously!!! He is great!!!! Also Jim help ed me out initially. More
