Presented with vehicle documentation & service records that bolstered their pricing. I presented my references supporting my expectations. Discussed price, discussed price some more. Came to a realistic agreement & with a hand shake a deal was struck. Looked for ways to save me money with plate transfer & best cost financing. No pressure at the signing table. Car was prepped, cleaned & filled with gas while we completed the paperwork. Drove home satisfied in 2 1/2 hours. A well spent afternoon. Thanks Anthony, Tim & James. Great work! More

I was greeted immediately by Anthony on my arrival at the dealership. He asked what my needs were today and I explained that I was interested in seeing 3 different vehicles. He proceeded to show my wife and dealership. He asked what my needs were today and I explained that I was interested in seeing 3 different vehicles. He proceeded to show my wife and I all three cars but at no point did he pressure for a sale. Anthony answered all my questions and genuinely cared about our needs. I can't recommend Anthony enough. The finance gentleman was just as nice and didn't try to sell us extras that we didn't need. This is my 2nd Toyota and both have come from Phillips and I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future. The service department has been great as well. More
