If this dealership hadn’t had the exact car I spent months hunting for, I wouldn’t have gone near them. My first visit? A disaster. The price was ridiculous, so I walked. And the salesman? He acted like the car was for my husband, even though I was the one handling everything. He shook my husband’s hand and said, ‘I assume you know how to drive a manual.’…. Because clearly, I’m just here to hold his coffee. A month later, the price dropped, I gave it another shot. Big mistake. They pulled out the exact same price breakdown they gave me the month prior as if I wasn’t going to notice the same bottom dollar that made us walk the first time hadn’t changed! Getting them to adjust the numbers was like trying to get a splinter out of a toddlers sneaker. Awkward, exhausting, and completely unnecessary. Then came the infamous $1,800 ‘reconditioning fee.’ For a 2024 car with 1,300 miles? Apparently, that covered an oil change, basic maintenance, and detailing. AKA glorified spa day for a car. I asked for an itemized breakdown, and they handed me a Carfax report. Really? Is this a dealership or a blooper reel? After hours of haggling (and my kids seconds away from full gremlin mode), I waved the white flag, signed the paperwork, and left before they decided to charge me for sitting in the waiting room. Oh and the cherry on top? The next day while playing with all the settings, I saw the oil life was at 30%. So much for that ‘reconditioning’ fee. Pro tip: if you buy here, channel your inner Sherlock Holmes and question every single charge like your wallet just got caught cheating. The only saving grace was the salesman, Chris. Friendly, charismatic, and clearly someone who cares about people. It’s just a shame his talents are being wasted working for a dealership that operates with the same level of integrity as a Netflix reality show. More

I signed the contract trusting that I was signing it for the final amount agreeded. Then I looked at it and saw that they had added charges that were already included in the final amount we agreeded. I went back and told them, thinking they had made a mistake, but they told me that I already signed it and they can’t do anything about it. They are aware of What we agreeded, but they did something different anyway. I never thought that a big company like this, could do something like this. I am very angry and dissapointed. More
