Liberty is a no pressure but very responsive, customer-aware dealership. This was my first car purchase on my own, and it was a positive experience. Anthony put me at ease, explaining about the customer-aware dealership. This was my first car purchase on my own, and it was a positive experience. Anthony put me at ease, explaining about the car and patiently responding to my questions. He knew all "ins and outs" of the car and shared that info w/me. Alex was great the day I took possession clearly going over the "how tos" of operating the car. Tom was great w/the paperwork and explaining the extended warranty, etc. . . . a great, professional team. More

This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and every experience has been awesome! This is not one of those dealerships where they take down a ridiculous amount of information befor dealership and every experience has been awesome! This is not one of those dealerships where they take down a ridiculous amount of information before a test drive and then do the absurdly long salesperson-manager conferences where the pretend to discuss "a deal"before the high pressure pitch. If someone wants to deal with that nonsense-knock your self out-this will not happen at Liberty Subaru. As for the sale people, over the last 3 cars purchases all have been knowledgeable and helpful but Jeff Milleta went above and beyond for me. Not because I'm special but because this is who he is and I'm sure he would do it for anyone. He worked with me for close to 6 months to find me the perfect car (because of all the upheaval over the last several years). My personal experience with Mr. Milleta was outstanding and that is an understatement, FYI, Liberty Subaru has a IT specialist with the patience of saint for those of us who are technologically challenged that goes over all that tech stuff before driving off with the new purchase. Wish I could remember his name to give a shout out. Very happy with new purchase and Liberty Subaru. More

If you want a no hassle sales person that just explains the car and the costs and works with the dealership to get you into the car, Anthony is person to see when going to Liberty Subaru. A collogue suggested I check out Subaru and to reach out to Anthony if I was interest. I'm glad he told me. I was never a "Subaru guy" but I'm wondering why I haven't looked into them sooner. Such a fantastic experience with him and this dealership. Even when I needed to get out of my old lease a few months early so I could use this months deals to get the new car. He wrangled the used cars sales team to work with their other dealership "Liberty Hyundai" to take the car. There was no rolling over of the last months payments, or paying the return fee. They took care of it all. (I don't know if being a top tier leasee help with that, or the car had the value they needed to recoup that when sold) but my point is if they can make it happen for what you are looking to do, they will put in the effort to make it happen. I've lease many cars over the last 20 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Really gives me faith in not having to go threw the "lease buying process" again the way it's been known to be to me for 20 years. The car is fantastic, but I just get a feeling the process of buying one could be why there are many happy Subaru owners. Ryan provided all the lease paperwork and explained it quickly and provided 2 add on warranties that were actually very well prices and made sense. I did not purchased those option "at this time" but his explanation of their benefits was quick and accurate and that is still an option I'm considering adding. Absolutely the most pain free lease purchase I have made in 20 years with various car manufacturers. Everyone I ran into while at their dealership was fantastic so I highly recommend stopping in there. even if that's not your "go to" manufacture of cars. More
