But, I left a message on 11/2 informing Anthony that the car was still making noise and I have yet to receive a return call. This is not the only time that I have left a messages for this service center and not received a call back. Unfortunate customer service given the amount of $ spent on a luxury brand like INFINITI. More

Vape pen left in my car, my son found it Been here a handful of time for service and always great. The wait was about 3 hrs which is longer than usual but that’s the only time it’s been bad. Been here a handful of time for service and always great. The wait was about 3 hrs which is longer than usual but that’s the only time it’s been bad. When I got home later that day my son found a vape pen on the floor of the car. I was confused how it got there but assume it came from a technician. This was unprofessional and inexcusable. A kid found it! Might be best practice to not bring those into the cars you are working on. More
