A frustrating start with a great finish! Following unreturned phone calls and inability to talk to service department due to nobody answering and leaving unreturned voicemails, I finally spo Following unreturned phone calls and inability to talk to service department due to nobody answering and leaving unreturned voicemails, I finally spoke with another department who helped to schedule me for a “service engine soon” light that had came on following an incident with my fuel reading. Following bringing my vehicle in, i had an appointment for 1:30 to have a diagnostics test run and come 4:00 still no response. I went back to the dealership to find out what had been the outcome and my car was being pulled out of the bay. Due to having read codes from the cars fuel system but not showing any active codes once cleared, I was quite relieved as this issue could have ranged from the $160.00 diagnostics test to a $2,000 fuel system issue. As I went to pay, I was even more impressed and reminded why it is that I got an Infiniti, why I service my vehicles with them, and why I will only ever visit that service station. I was not even charged the diagnostics fee due to their being nothing done but clearing of the code and taking the vehicle for a drive to ensure the code did not re-indicate. It was truly such a nice thing to be able to walk in and walk out without having paid anything due to the honest and loyal Infiniti way! I am so thankful for their honesty as well hard work that they continue to perform! You guys rock and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE that Anthony Chirico is an honest and great service member to come to if and when they need work completed on their vehicles! More

Infiniti of Norwood Needed to get a lot done. Put bluntly, I've learned to go through Anthony to get it done. If this place ever lost him, I'd start going elsewhere. When Needed to get a lot done. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department e Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department entrance. I only have to wait for a very short period of time in the waiting lounge and I was informed by Antonio my car will be ready for me to pick up. I am very pleased to say the service and quality work at Infinity Norwood is Excellent and I will highly recommend friends and family to use the service in this dealership. Good Job. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you. More

Fast , polite and knowledable I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very sma I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. We keep going back to Norwood Infinity due to the hassel free sales process with Eric Amoah and Ken Hubbell. Additionally, the service department staff really make it easy to have any repairs and oil changes done. without worrying that I will be charged more than the estimate given. Nigel makes sure that I am kept informed at all times. I've dealt with so many in service over the years - Anthony Chirico and Anthony Tippett stand out. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it and that's what keeps us coming back. More
