After asking the sales lady for an explanation on a price discrepancy, she would not explain why the numbers would not match with what I wastold on my trade in. She came out wit a trade in deduction of $200 discrepancy, she would not explain why the numbers would not match with what I wastold on my trade in. She refused to text me a valid explanation and she told me to go to the other car dealer that offer me a different deal. Very rude actitude from her part. She refused to call after that. More

This dealership could see my frustration after being shut down from so many others. Soon as I walked in the door I stated that I didn’t want to sit and if the deal couldn’t be done for the exact car we came down from so many others. Soon as I walked in the door I stated that I didn’t want to sit and if the deal couldn’t be done for the exact car we came for I was leaving. Kiran and another lady made sure my daughter left with the car she came for. All the other dealers wanted 5k plus down and this one didn’t ask for half of that. Bought a car from Hampstead Preowned and after 2 and a half months and less than 3000 miles the alternator went bad. So don't believe the sales pitch that they go the whole car prior to the sale. So I am doing a much needed follow up on my review that as posted on March 31, as one of the folks who really made my car buying experience much easier was Dylan Hess. I thought for sure I had listed him as posted on March 31, as one of the folks who really made my car buying experience much easier was Dylan Hess. I thought for sure I had listed him in my first review, but somehow his name didn’t show up at the end. Friday the 28th was my appt day with Hampstead Preowned and Dylan was ready to help with arranging for all my test drives that I was interested in coordinating about 5 or 6 different rides for me. I took a break to get my wife picked up from work to have her see the cars I was most interested in. Dylan was gracious even while tending to 3 or 4 other customers and made sure everyone was taken care of thoroughly and needs met. I went back in on Monday the 31st and he said we are getting this done today and they did so. All of the folks at Hampstead PreOwned will do everything within their power to take care of you, and I’m glad that I went there to make my purchase. Thanks again to Dylan, Matt and Thomas! More
