Buying a new or used car can be stressful especially if the salesman or the dealership are only out to sell cars and not relationships. Ryan and Kunes are not one of them. The car-buying process for the 2019 Mazda CX-5 I was interested in was very efficient and painless and everyone was very friendly. Since my old car was undrivable, Kunes was even able to give me a shutt interested in was very efficient and painless and everyone was very friendly. Since my old car was undrivable, Kunes was even able to give me a shuttle ride from and to my apartment a few miles from the dealership. They also were awesome about fixing up some unnoticed cosmetic damage on the rear lift gate, as it was covered under the (frankly impressive) bumper-to-bumper warranty (although they weren't able to get me a shuttle ride while the car was being serviced, so I ended up having to walk, but I won't ding them too hard for that. Things happen!) Overall, an enjoyable experience, and would definitely do business with Kunes Woodstock again when the opportunity to get another vehicle arises in the future! More
