Bridgewater Chevrolet Dealership sold a possible Lemon & has been holding my vehicle for 95 days. No resolution, no answers, no rectification. Sharing my experience with Bridgewater Chevrolet Dealership has been holding my vehicle for 95 days. No resolution, no answers, no rectification. Sharing my experience with Bridgewater Chevrolet Dealership on Us-22 here- as I have received no response from service OR management regarding my 2020 Silverado, which I purchased from this dealership in January 2023. Since July 13, 2024, when the truck randomly stalled in the middle of a highway, my truck has since then been in the shop for an astounding 95 DAYS without a resolution. GM engineers have not only been unable to pinpoint the issue, but the dealership themselves (Bryan Ferraez, Bryan Palma, Anthony Basilici, David Ferraez) have been leaving me completely in the dark. For almost ONE HUNDRED DAYS. A vehicle I am paying for monthly to this day. On September 28th, Bryan Ferraez responded to an email I had sent to multiple others, stating he will have the situation taken care of or at least looked at by that Monday. I have NOT received any form of an update from Bryan or any of the others since. Currently, there's an ongoing TAC case, but GM has not approved a buyback, opting instead to keep "investigating the problem". As a customer who relies on this vehicle for both personal and business use, the prolonged downtime has resulted in lost opportunities and income. The entire experience has been deeply disturbing and UNETHICAL. Communication has been challenging; I've often found myself having to make multiple follow-up calls, which even then leaves me with no answers. As a loyal Chevy customer, this situation has left me questioning my brand loyalty, especially since this is my third Silverado, and after my experience, it may very well be my last. I will be going public from this point on, sharing this experience with anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, and as for those contemplating purchasing from Bridgewater Chevrolet on US-22, I highly advise you spend your well earned money elsewhere. More

I scheduled an 85k mile service via their website, which clearly states the cabin air filter replacement is included in the total price. After the service is complete, the bill charged me for an additional clearly states the cabin air filter replacement is included in the total price. After the service is complete, the bill charged me for an additional $50 for labor + $49.95 for the filter. Both are overpriced, btw. So I asked my Service Advisor about this, and he stated this is an additional charge. Feeling I was not going to get progress with this person, I thanked them for their time and went home. Once home, I verified (again) the website showing that the Cabin Filter replacement is included. I then emailed Anthony Basilici (Service Manager) to ask how I should proceed. This was on September 9, 2023. Understanding people take time off, etc I let it go for a few days. It is now September 22 which I think is a reasonable amount of time to expect a response - but unfortunately there has not been one. I would advise anyone to look at their paperwork carefully. I'm also interested to find out more what an "Electronic Documentation Storage Fee" is, as it is an additional $4.99. For what? More
