We’ve owned 4 Foresters (3 from Randy Marion. Everything about this dealership is exceptional. From those who greet you at the door, to sales to financing to appointment schedulers to parts & the Everything about this dealership is exceptional. My husband & I often reflect on the fact we’ve never had this kind of customer service from any other dealership. In fact, their customer service outshines about 99.99% of all businesses with which we’ve come in contact. In conversations w/others considering purchase/lease, we always tell them to go to Randy Marion FIRST! My neighbor has purchased 3 new vehicles in the last few years & she feels the same way. We will always own a Subaru or two (we have a 14 yr old Legacy) & they will come from Randy Marion. More

I had asked to check the damper and they ran a complete diagnostic on my vehicle and charged me $217.00. On top of that, there would have also be a 3% charge if I had used my credit card so I had to come diagnostic on my vehicle and charged me $217.00. On top of that, there would have also be a 3% charge if I had used my credit card so I had to come up with CASH. I was not impressed. More
