When we arrived at the dealership, she turned us over to a sales person, who was friendly, but lacking in knowledge, credibility and compentency. We were offered a fair price and good trade on our 19 year old car, and closed the deal with the car being ordered. We did not hear again from the salesperson, and when we called a few weeks later to inquire about the car, we found out he no longer worked there. We then worked with Jim Douglas and Chris DIxon, who both assured us that our earlier experience did not represent their customer service. We were very pleased with the time they spent with us, when picking up our new Kia, to restore our confidence in their customer service! More

Great buying experience at Jim Butler Kia I received a call from Annie Lam, Internet Sales Manager, about 3 weeks ago just checking back with me after I spoke with her a year ago about a Kia. I received a call from Annie Lam, Internet Sales Manager, about 3 weeks ago just checking back with me after I spoke with her a year ago about a Kia. I didn't buy then. Coincidentally I wasn't looking again but my granddaughter Jen was. Annie sent us some figures and said to contact her if she could do anything for us, absolutely no pressure. We finally made it to the dealership this morning and met Annie, what a pleasure, who introduced us to Nate Thomas, Sales Floor Manager, who worked with us on my granddaughter's selection. Nate was fabulous, really personable and fun, yes fun but professional, to work with. Jen selected a Kia Soul. While waiting to work out the financing Nate took us on a short tour and introduced us to other staff, everyone was super friendly. Finally we sit down with Justin Johnson, Finance Manager, who had already worked out excellent financing on a great sale price. You guessed it Justin was super like everyone else. After about 3 hours we left with a new Kia and memories of a great experience. At 70 I don't give a lot of reviews but believe exceptional service is deserving of recognition and my first exposure to Jim Butler Kia was exceptional. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends and will be back if I have a need for any additional cars, I am really impressed with the Kia brand. More
