Purchasing a car was painless! I found the Soul I was looking for at jim butler. Our salesman, Robert Allinger, was very helpful even though he was new to this dealership. Great experience On 6/29/18 I bought a Sorento, from Robert. He was very patient and honest. He did great with my 10 year old son who had a ton of questions. We bought Soul back in 2012 and have had the service done there since. Keith in the service department is top notch! Justin in the finance is out standing, very honest and will work very hard to get you where you need to be! Jim Butler Kia is just plain out standing in my book! I can not forget to mention Annie from the internet department was so helpful and pleasant to work with! More

Amazing day at Jim Butler Kia I have an amazing experience at Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl Cooper was amazing!! And so was Justin Johnson in the financing department. I got the car th I have an amazing experience at Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl Cooper was amazing!! And so was Justin Johnson in the financing department. I got the car that I really wanted and it was not as stressful as I was fearing. Cheryl kept me very relaxed throughout the entire experience and helped make the day have an incredible ending with me driving away in a new car. I had my last Kia Soul for nine years and 216,578 miles. I look forward to this one lasting just as long. Thank you all sooooo much!! More

Very very friendly and willing to do anything they can to get you the lowest price on great vehicles. I felt genuinely cared for and the hospitality was first class! Came in with no expectation to get a car and ended up two and a half hours later driving off in an awesome car at a good price with extra goodies thrown in!! I will go back to Jim Butler again and will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family!!!!! More
