This dealership is the worst, we least a Hyundai from another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't good it was only good for that dealership so we had to cancel it and buy a more expensive one. We found out later this was not true, then they gave us coupons for an oil change as part of convincing us to purchase the vehicle at their dealership then they say they're under new management and they no longer accept the coupons and we have to pay full price, I would never recommend nor go to this dealership ever again. Stay away they are con artist. Today I talked to the manager there and they said they had no clue what I was talking about with the warranty that the warranty should be good at any dealership so basically the manager of the dealership let us know how we got screwed. More

I called & spoke to Gabby to inquire about a car on the website. They offered to have it waiting for me at front entrance immediately. Showroom was VERY busy when I arrived Client associate (salesman) Tom website. They offered to have it waiting for me at front entrance immediately. We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. Tom & Jose’ were complete professionals & pleasure to do business with. Ketyra handled all the documentation accurately & immediately The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend them highly . More

this is the worst dealer i have ever been in my entire life, ii am 47 yo. my car was in their service for 2 months. they are thieves, they told me they changed my brake rotors. i paid 856$ to find out t life, ii am 47 yo. my car was in their service for 2 months. they are thieves, they told me they changed my brake rotors. i paid 856$ to find out that they did not even surface them. liars, thieves do not buy or service your car with this dealer with these people. they also stole the manual and a bottle of cologne from my glove box. I am most likely going to sue this dealer. they never return your call like they say worst customer service ever More

We have been customers of this Patrick dealership for close to 20 years with our Mini Coopers. Would like to mention our experience when we went in for a test drive. We had no intension of purchasing close to 20 years with our Mini Coopers. Would like to mention our experience when we went in for a test drive. We had no intension of purchasing a car that day, but Johnny Storelli took great care of us. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it felt like we were dealing with a friend. My husband has major health issues and Johnny was so kind and helpful. We now have a new car that we love! Will definitely recommend Johnny and Patrick to our friends. More

Great Sales Reps - band management Bought Hyundai Tuscon in July 2022 - Ron Salski was awesome - but the management he had to deal with was not helpful at all - the overall experience was ok, they ma Tuscon in July 2022 - Ron Salski was awesome - but the management he had to deal with was not helpful at all - the overall experience was ok, they made me buy nearly $2000 worth of add ons as a part of the dealer markup - a new money grabbing technique many dealers are doing to capitalize on the inventory shortage - not a good feeling - we liked the car so we bought it - not so sure if we would go back to Patrick -unless Ron is the Manager there! After I bought the car, there was no sound - no radio, no hands free, no sound alerts - nothing - it took me 1 month to get it fixed because the service was backed up - again after spending $45K on a brand new car, no shortage could be an explanation for one month wait for simple diagnostic to fix the sound issue. More

Had an oil change there at that dealership, they lost my engine plug so the next day coming home from work i smell oil. sure enough no engine plug called the dealership, was told will get a call back. Sure enough, i didnt, i contacted customer service hotline and was redirected to a supervisor to bring in the vehicle. they refilled the oil and did an engine power wash, so they say. after it was done i look at the engine, didnt look clean at all. as long as is documented if engine isnt working i know where the lawsuit is gonna start. I had my 2022 Tucson Hybrid serviced here at the end of March. I brought in my Tucson in for it's 1st "complimentary service" well I wish I would have taken elsewhere and if you came here to get you "compl March. I brought in my Tucson in for it's 1st "complimentary service" well I wish I would have taken elsewhere and if you came here to get you "complimentary service" done here you will want to read this and take action as I had to here. After gutting my vehicle back, I was reading the service order and read that 5w30 oil was used instead of the required 0w20 that is stated on the oil cap and user manual. I told the service writer of the mistake and he brought out the service person in charge of the techs, and told me that "Hyundai does not pay us to put 0w20 oil in complimentary service, so we use 5w30". I was shocked at the admission, and told me that they would gladly drain the oil and have me pay for the correct 0w20 oil that is required otherwise they could not do anything about it. I informed of my displeasure and that I would take it up with Hyundai Customer Service, so that I did. On my drive home I contacted Hyundai about what happened and opened a complained case against the dealership for improper service done to my vehicle. After HCS contacting several dealerships regarding this issue with my concerns (including Patrick Hyundai), I was contacted by Patrick Hyundai's Service Manager, Jim Gruman regarding my concerns with the way my vehicle was serviced and what was apparently was done wrong, as he agreed that they messed up and to bring in my vehicle to put correct oil in it. Just last week 4/20/2022 took my vehicle back into Patrick Hyundai to re-do the oil change with correct oil 0w20. Be warned if you have gotten "complimentary service" done here please look at your work order it will state what weight oil was used, verify that the correct one was used if not please call Hyundai Customer Service (800-633-5151) and state your concerns. If nothing is said nothing will be done to correct the problem. More
