We have worked with Jimmy in the past when he was at Classic Nissan, and his customer service has not changed! He is a hard worker who cares about his customers and their needs. He is not just out to sell you any vehicle. He is patient, listen's to your needs, and concerns. He is so GREAT at what he does, once you tell him what your looking for he has this "SUPER POWER" ability to bring forth the best of the best. I don't know how he does it, but God Bless Him! We are very elated with our purchase. Everyone at Cary Volkswagen was kind, warm, and friendly. I must say it was one of the BEST dealership experiences I have had. It was a wonderful, clean atmosphere = A+. Especially during the unfortunate time we are in dealing with the pandemic. I was very comfortable visiting the dealership! Steven in finance was also great. Our paperwork was prepared prior to our arrival, which was perfect, as I was on a lunch break and had to get back to work. He was able to get all my stuff completed in a short time frame, I was signed and out the door. Who knew you could purchase and finance an entire vehicle on a lunch break? I was looking for a car for my daughter (1st car) Ahmed rushed to greet us and help us, unfortunately that day (Friday) we did not find anything for her. He gave his information and said he would reach out to me .Monday morning I sent him a text about a Jetta I saw and wanted to come look at it, when we got there the car was ready for us to test drive , long story short we bought the car I had some concerns that he addressed and fixed , I met Steve in financing & and he was great and informative.
