Simply the best 'car buying' experience I have had. Bryce Pederson, my sales guy, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very helpful. He even helped me out getting to a pharmacy! The whole experience, breakfast while I waited briefly for them to get the paperwork set up, the vehicle 'inspection' and the documentation that need to be completed - in such a timely fashion, made for simply the best vehicle buying experience i have ever had. More

I had been to Toyota, Cadillac, Honda, Kia, Mazda and Hyundai this week as I wanted to give due diligence Claudia was top-notch from start to finish. I had been to Toyota, Cadillac, Honda, Kia, Mazda and Hyundai this week as I wanted to give due diligence to all brands as I was looking for the perfect blend of reliability and fun driving for this car purchase. I am in sales so the experience was important to me. I specifically asked for a woman salesperson as all 6 of the dealerships I went to were male and honestly, I don't think many of them took me seriously when I told them I was buying this week and I was carrying a $15,000 check in my purse. When I walked in and was greeted immediately and professionally, with no sharks hanging out in front of the dealership ready to attack, all employees had a black "uniform" so they looked alike and professional and Claudia called me on my way, introduced herself and texted me directions to the dealership, that is exactly the experience I was looking for. I came in looking for a used car and Claudia took her time patiently and let me test drive 2 used before she said, what about a new one. She didn't rush me, didn't pressure me and was a true professional. She is a valuable asset to this dealership. I will be recommending anyone who is in the market for a Lexus or a new car to her. In fact, the reason I came to Lexus of WC was because 2 of my neighbors both bought their cars from this dealership as well and both recommended that I give it a try.
