Where to start…. Vehicle sold to us was not a “new” car as advertised. It only had 247 miles on it, but had been previously registered in Missouri as a commercial ve Vehicle sold to us was not a “new” car as advertised. It only had 247 miles on it, but had been previously registered in Missouri as a commercial vehicle in August of 2024. This was not disclosed and was only found out after the transaction was complete. Financing department “assumed” interest rates instead of verifying them prior to getting paperwork signed. This required a new round of paperwork that had to be signed several days later. Dealership missed the appointment we set up and said they were “short handed” and might have trouble making good meeting us. More
