I had an issue with the air conditioner for my 2020 Q50. I called the service department and was immediately scheduled that same day. Pam and Ana were accommodating, clear, and knowledgeable. I own a 2020 Q50, which has been maintained by the service dept. here at Circle Infiniti. Time after time, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, due to the efficiency of my service reps. Ann g service dept. here at Circle Infiniti. Time after time, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, due to the efficiency of my service reps. Ann goes up and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, is friendly and always greets me with a smile. Pam has also been outstanding with her follow up on any parts ordered and services being completed. I think both of them for consistently making what could be a stressful experience a very pleasant one. More

Once again, Circle Infiniti exceeded my expectations in the service department. I went in on 12/29 for some routine maintenance on my vehicle. Ann Trapani continues to be the reason why I choose to drive 30 minutes to service my car at Infiniti, passing up many other places where I could choose to service my car along the way. She is friendly, realistic and completely honest in her recommendations. Working with Ann, I know I am making the right choices for the maintenance of my vehicle. Add to that the fact that the rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming and the waiting area is always comfortable and stocked with food and drink -- Circle Infiniti will always be where I go for service!
