Today I got a call from the dealership checking to see if I was still happy with my purchase and to remind me of my free oil change and that everyone at the dealership was there to help with any question or problem that may arise. This has been a great expreience. Again thank you to Leah, Gerald, Anita, and Daniel for walking me through the purchase of my new Juke! Anita...you are a miracle worker, and I appreciate you so much for all your help and guidance...Leah, thank you for never being pushy...and for being so gracious, she only asked me what I wanted...and if there was anything that I just couldnt live without...and she found it very fast! I got everything I wanted and many bonuses. Do you know why this dealership got my business? As far as I am concerned, this is a first class dealership.They certainly know how to hire their staff! This is refreshing as other dealership salesmen showed me it was all about the sale and their commission. They were pushy and oftentimes less than honest. Not so with the Ted Russell Nissan staff. They were amazing. Justin Verno worked with me on the purchase of my car. He went above and beyond anything I had experienced with other salesmen. He took time to lift the hood and explain things to me I had not previously learned. He seemed to care that I understood what a great car I would be getting and even said if this isn't the one for you then we can look at...He was not pushy and I never felt like he was only in it for his commission. He worked with me on my offer and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Then there was Anita Humphreys who completed my paperwork and spoke with me about an extended warranty. She is a gem as well. She is very personable and seems to care greatly about customer satisfaction. Daniel Lee was responsible for educating me about my new car. I hope this dealership knows what an asset he is to them. He went to great lengths to educate me on my new car. In addition he was very personable and once again cared about my satisfaction with my new car. Kudos to Ted Russell for his great staff! R J was a customer were I work and I told him what I was looking for. He called and told me what he had found. I went after work - he had it up front and ready for me to drive. While I was workig up the deal ( RJ gave me a good price I was happy with ) with Anita ( she was also very easy to work with), he had the car washed for me. When we signed all the papers, my hushand and I drove off very happy with our new car. When my new tag came in, RJ even brought it to me. This was the easiest I have ever bought a car. Awesome experience from the start! Allan was the first person I met. I almost ran him over trying to get in the parking lot! I told him i wanted an Xterra and he immediately told me about all the great de person I met. I almost ran him over trying to get in the parking lot! I told him i wanted an Xterra and he immediately told me about all the great deals available. He showed me two vehicles in the show room. When we took a test drive he was very excited about the Xterra and told me about the vehicle, its reliability, and all of the safety features that Nissan has as standard features. I was so impressed that Nissan cares so much about customer safety! He never pressured me. In fact, he made a point explain that he wanted this to be a stress free experience. He added that at any point I felt overwhelmed or apprehensive that I could take a break even if it meant thinking this over until a later date. That really impressed me and I knew then and there i was going to buy a vehicle from him. I respected his honest and I felt he cared about me as a customer. I believed he wasn't just trying to "strong arm me" into buying a car. Anita was excellent in advising me about my best options for financing my Xterra. She explained everything thoroughly and even gave me some great advice in general. She is very personable and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Daniel was very knowledgeable about my Xterra and all of its features. I bought the super deluxe version and he made sure I knew how to operate everything. Daniel was also extremely friendly and always upbeat when explaining the Xterra's nuances. Lastly, Mr. Powers gave me some of his own spiced cider and helped me make it in the brewing machine. He didn't need to even acknowledge me really because I wasn't his customer. He had nothing to gain by being accommodating to me, but he extended himself. I was not only appreciative, but impressed. My expectations were exceeded during this experience from beginning to end. I will never shop anywhere else! Consider me a customer for life! I'm sure it goes without saying, but i will recommend your company to everyone I meet. More
