Anita was my first point of contact. She was in the BDC (appointment setting dept) at that time. I called in about a specific vehicle, and I knew what I wanted. She confirmed vehicle She was in the BDC (appointment setting dept) at that time. I called in about a specific vehicle, and I knew what I wanted. She confirmed vehicle availability as well as condition. She was EXTREMELY relatable and didnt give me the runaround. I did come in the following day and purchased the vehicle. I went again yesterday to pick up my plates and registration. Anita was promoted onto the sales floor. She was nice enough to come out in the heat (poor thing) and put my plates on for me. Anita was my first point of contact, and my last point of contact, and I will refer all my friends and family to go to her personally. She deserves all the recognition she can get. GO SEE ANITA!!! More
