They did not agree. Sales person just turned around left us on the floor . Absolutely not professional service. Sorry Hyundai . What a shame to have that kind of service. More

Apparently he wants us to sign the lease, give him the down payment and only then he will go over taxes and dealership fees. This is a textbook scam, I’ve been in sales all my life. What they are doing is actually illegal. Would you sign to buy anything without knowing the full cost? Take your business to a legitimate dealership. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY! More

Third thing "if you have any questions regarding your vehicle or any contract then they will say our finance department will reach out to you but they never respond back". Same thing is happening with me. I am trying to reach out to these guys since December 2018 to cancel my vehicle service contract. They pick up the phone and every time they say to me we will figure it out something. Now they have black listed my phone number. So please think 100 times before going to this dealership. More

I have been promised a second set of keys since March which have yet to be mailed to me. It doesn’t help that the manager who oversees him is as equally incompetent. I went with one car in mind only to find out it had been sold, ironically by Veronica the previous day but was still showing available on the website. Veronica it seems is a mind reader as she steered me to cars were within my thought process. Simply put i got the best car that i did no research on and i am quite happy today. I was double teamed with Veronica and Neil Aneil Marajah-from Trinidad, who made sure from water to popcorn we were taken care of. Great team, great teamwork, both understanding your needs quickly and not trying to oversell. More
