Even when they took the car days later to do it, the final result wasn't as I expected; the work done didn't have the quality they promised. Apart from that, the experience during the deal was very nice. Special thanks to Angelo Kastani, who made that experience really pleasant; his outstanding professionalism and goodwill in caring for and supporting the customer all the time are what I remember the most. This is my first purchase with Lokey Nissan. . My Boss came to work in a new Pathfinder in a really cool color that caught my eye. After admiring her New purchase I asked if they had any Infiniti . After admiring her New purchase I asked if they had any Infiniti Q 50 in stock that color… I joked that if they did have one, I would go up and get it. So I jumped online and saw they actually had one that was priced very competitively, In exactly the right color! When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with delicious snacks and coffee. The Q50 was immaculate inside and out. Mechanically perfect.. and waiting for me at their front of their showroom. I worried I wouldn’t get enough for my trade in to warrant this vehicle upgrade.. Wrong.. They gave me more than anyone else offered by a mile. The salesman (Angelo) was very informative about what I could expect performance and economy wise.. He never gave me the feeling that he needed the sale. I’m an Optical salesman myself, and found that quite refreshing. He just told me to take it for a spin and see how I felt. We chatted about cars for a while, which I also found very cool… he knew more about cars than I do! He explained how the warranty would work to the finest Detail. Everything black and white no gray areas after my test drive I was hooked, but tried to keep my game face on. The finance department was incredible. I’d say the entire experience lasted maybe 20 minutes.(This has never happened in my entire life..) I was driving away in my new Infiniti Less than an hour and a half. You know what didn’t happen?… I didn’t receive a bunch of phone calls from the lending institution trying to verify any information post sale. This was also nice to experience and probably a first in my life. Clearly, their finance department is a tight ship. Lifetime Oil changes from their service department have been very easy.. They text me.. I schedule .. How easy is that! You wont catch me buying a vehicle anywhere else! They have earned my trust and loyalty. There are not many Businesses like Lokey Nissan..
