First time having my new to me used car serviced. After puzzling walking into service advisor booth are as no one was in bay to greet me. We got started right away. They said 3 hours but everything was com puzzling walking into service advisor booth are as no one was in bay to greet me. We got started right away. They said 3 hours but everything was completed in 90 minute and I was on my way. They had donuts, muffins & bagels plus hot drinks too for our comfort. After leaving though and going over vehicle review sheet. Items were checked off as not being checked out by the mechanic that I would've been included in over-all safety check. And I will ask about when I go back for next service appointment. More

I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was extremely attentive to my request. I was able to get the car I wanted within my budget. I was in and on my way within two hours. Deceptive practices and lazy/lack there of communication. My family is high risk for Covid, so my full experience was over the phone/internet up until the vehicle was delivered. I was very upfront with them My family is high risk for Covid, so my full experience was over the phone/internet up until the vehicle was delivered. I was very upfront with them and yet the sales rep treated me like I was not important. They sold me a car without disclosing the windshield was cracked and the damage to the paint on the front of the vehicle that could not be seen through pictures nor at night (which is when THEY chose to deliver it). I have been waiting a month to hear back from the manager about my concerns and still am waiting. I deeply regret doing business with Lokey. I would not refer anyone to shop with Lokey at any dealership they partner with. My experience has made me uncomfortable and uncertain that Lokey will ever treat me with the integrity and dignity that any buyer should deserve. Even though I like the vehicle, I would give the car back if I could. More

The collision department sucks hard core. Call if you care about how I was treated. This department makes Lokey look bad. Evangelo... he is awesome and the dealership should take some time and learn from care about how I was treated. This department makes Lokey look bad. I cannot say I’d return due to the collision department and their dishonesty. I only give a yes for a recommendation due to Angelo taking the look rad on my issues. More

Overall experience was great. I needed a vehicle and they delivered. Only one issue but other than that everyone was great. Oh and the music they play in the building is phenomenal!!! delivered.
