The representative was very good, and timeliness of service was fine. I try not to recommend anything in general and is the only reason for the "no" above. My reason for the average rating is for 2 reasons. I purchased our 2019 F-150 from this location when it was Preston's. I was told (by them) that I would not be charged for my annual inspection as long as I own the vehicle and had the inspection done there. Last year you agreed to honor that and did not charge me for the inspection, but this year I was told you no longer would honor that. I regularly receive coupon offers for inspections for half the $46 I was charged. I would like Diehl to agree to honor what I was told when I purchased the truck, even though it was from Prestons. The second thing is.....and I know this isn't all on you....but it makes no sense to charge an owner $19.99 for the emission test when it is not needed/done. Another dealer in the area charges us only $5 for our other vehicle, which I assumed all along was for the sticker, and waives $19.99 fee. Apparently they are just eating the 20 bucks, but it makes no sense to even have a fee for a test that is not required. More

Poor management not very friendly I had a handicap person with me and there was no one that would even give a hand. We had to wait in the waiting room and no one would even help us to get situated and get to with me and there was no one that would even give a hand.
