I was very impressed with Mazda of Roswell. Bahar for the online portion answered all my questions. For ones she didn’t know she spoke with someone that did and responded in a timely manner. Pricing for the vehicle of interest was below the asking MSRP OF ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. Arriving at the dealership all the staff was very friendly/helpful, energetic, and seemed happy to be there. Ricky Torres was our person on site to inspect the vehicle and finalize the pricing. Although we did not decide on the original vehicle, Phillip patiently worked with us to find another one. There was no pressure or bad attitude. We did find another one that suited us perfectly and below MSRP. Phillip Alvim closed the deal explaining all the docs and pricing. He was very informative and professional. All the staff we worked with had a great attitude and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
