my car was delivered with a low oil light on because the oil had not been filled, minor oil leak not repaired, new electrical issues and greasy footprints in the footwell. The car went back and dealer cla oil had not been filled, minor oil leak not repaired, new electrical issues and greasy footprints in the footwell. The car went back and dealer claimed a second oil leak had occurred as a result of the first oil leak being repaired. Car was delivered with a more severe oil leak. Dealer claims new, more serious leak is caused by previous leaks being repaired. Car is now back at the dealer for the third time. More

They listened to my concerns about 2 different issues, Angela the service manager was very helpful as well knowing about an issue before I even arri They listened to my concerns about 2 different issues, Angela the service manager was very helpful as well knowing about an issue before I even arrived and reassured me it would get handled. A special acknowledgement goes out to Vivianne the service writer. She listens, has everything scheduled, and keeps me in the loop every step of the way. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle and is the main reason I return the the dealership for all my needs on both of the Mercedes we own. Vivianne A+++ More

Couldn’t figure out a simple problem - spent four days, $2,700 and three visits on maintenance and repair and still had the problem. Finally (third visit) diagnosed and fixed the problem covered by warrant $2,700 and three visits on maintenance and repair and still had the problem.
