I will never recommend Nissan of Hampton to no one. They don't care about the customers at all. That use to be an excellent dealership but not no more. I wanted a specific vehicle they didn't have it a They don't care about the customers at all. That use to be an excellent dealership but not no more. I wanted a specific vehicle they didn't have it at the time and they did not try to get it. I got stuck with the vehicle that I have that I really did not want any longer. I was being told a bunch of lies. Went to another Dealershipthey were going to help me but I was to deep in the financing of the vehicle that I got stuck with. Taht don't care as long as they get a sale. I will NEVER deal with them again for nothing. They don't care about their customers what so ever and we were loyal customers 6 vehicles 1 used and 5 brand new vehicles within 16 years and all vehicles was top vehicles. I'm very upset asnd frustrated. More

Took my car in for an oil change. Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong b Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong before I get my car back. I should not have to wait for something they did or didn't do. Then the service guy wants to talk to me about an alignment...REALLY! So irrelevant. Just fix my car and do it right. Problem is no matter where we go, NOBODY does the job right THE FIRST TIME! We always have to go back and it is exhausting for people like me who work 16 hour days. Just do it right the first time. I will never come back to this Loser Circle again. So mad 😡 More

The internet sales contact was very professional and polite. The guy who followed was argumentative and repetitive, The car showed as having frame damage on Car Gurus website, It showed a clean CARFAX polite. The guy who followed was argumentative and repetitive, The car showed as having frame damage on Car Gurus website, It showed a clean CARFAX in Cars.COM. He told me to come look at it. I'm not qualified to say if a car has been professionally repaired. He never said he'd get Car Gurus to correct what he said was inaccurate. It's the 1st thing I would have done. The fact the car was at the dealership for a very long time told me to walk away. More

I absolutely do not recommend this dealer. This dealership places thousands of dollars of additional fees to take advantage of people.
