She actually went far and beyond to wait for my driver to pick up my car s She is amazing and has been always trying to help me on any request I had. She actually went far and beyond to wait for my driver to pick up my car staying 2 hours after they closed, a day before an hurricane hit Florida to make sure the truck can pick up my car. Found a used vehicle online, a purchase for my daughter, drove from Georgia to pick it up. There were other encounters Matt Testa (used car manager) Super, Amazing, Julio (Business Manager) serves his position well, and the AWFUL & DESPICABLE FINANCE MANAGER John Reeves. I guess his title and tactics have served Mercedes-Benz Gainesville profit. He desperately tries to underscore one's intelligence, by using words such as common sense or the average person, very argumentive, persuasive, cocky, and rude. Beyond that, he dared to tell me he didn't have time for all my questions and concerns. An insult beyond barriers. We walked away to leave, the dealership.
