My background was with the Gainesville Sun Newspaper/Advertising Marketing Consultant for almost 30 years. So now...a new career in Automotive Sales!!! I was born and raised in Gainesville Florida. I have been married for almost forty years; and we have two adult children and five grandchildren. In my leisure time, I love reading and spending quality time with my family; especially my 97 year old young mom!! (Love her!!!) T no words to describe how shocked I am with the behavior of this dealerships sales team. I am in the market for a very specific used G Wagon AMG 63. They are my local dealer and did not have what I was looking for. I phoned today and asked if I could test drive a G wagon before I made my purchase. I was completely upfront I would not be purchasing from them BUT they will be my dealer for service. The gentlemen made me an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealer. When I got there the woman they assigned me to was engaging until she realized I was not purchasing and I quote said 'you cannot just test drive and put miles on a G wagon' and refused to let me test drive. I asked for the manager and she replied 'he told me this'. I insisted and she brought him in to talk with me. When I addressed what she said she denied it and started making loud accusations and stormed out. The poor manager tried to salvage any bit of this mess he could. Offering a test drive in a 550 etc. I repeated to him I had phoned this morning and was clear on my intentions. I left, shaking. Needless to say I will never come back for service, will share my vile experience with others and will remain completely baffled that since many car dealerships rely on word of mouth the leadership here would allow their sales people to truly abuse potential clients. If this dealer responds and denies any portion of this, they are FLAT OUT LYING... stay clear, drive to Orlando More

As I was ending my current MB GLE53 lease, I planned to purchase the vehicle. However, I received a letter from Tyler Mayberry, and it seemed like something I should look at for stepping out of this lease purchase the vehicle. Angela Monroe, Tyler Mayberry, and Julio Perez have been exceptional to work with for the purchase of my MB. In fact, for the first time in my 45 years of buying cars, I returned to MBoG, and the same team, for a second vehicle. I made the purchase long-distance and they delivered the vehicle without any issues within 72 hours of the purchase - Well done MB of Gainesville!! More

Stay away. Sold me a 2021 MB GLC AMG 63 car that was supposed to be a CPO car. A few miles away check engine light goes off and another MB dealer diagnosed ov Sold me a 2021 MB GLC AMG 63 car that was supposed to be a CPO car. A few miles away check engine light goes off and another MB dealer diagnosed over 70 engine fault codes. After nearly a month the other dealer fixed them all. Then the car throws up a "Time for B service" a couple thousand miles after purchase. A CPO car is supposed to be problem free due to many item checks and fully serviced. They obviously did neither. Additionally the car we traded in was worth nearly $20K more so we were getting a check in that amount back for the trade in. The "finance" mgr spend 20 minutes hustling us to donate the $20K to his charity. Highly inappropriate and annoying. More
