Horrible experience at piazza Acura. Went in for an inspection, as well as a few other things that needed to be done. Dropped car off in morning and didn’t e experience at piazza Acura. Went in for an inspection, as well as a few other things that needed to be done. Dropped car off in morning and didn’t even receive a call that day as to a status. Had to call the next day and was told my car was ready. picked my car up and the oil was never changed as requested and the key fob that wasnt working when I dropped the car off, still was not working upon picking the car up. Employees were extremely rude as well. I will never come back here and will be complaining to management on the next business day. Additionally my Acura is almost brand new and has numerous issues already. Can’t wait to get rid of it and go back to a German car. More

Rob is an awesome sales consultant and just an amazing person. I went to several dealerships looking for an Acura and they treated me like I couldn’t afford to buy the car. I was so discouraged, that I just called West Chester Acura, expecting the same and I got Rob Moffa, told him what I was looking for(never mentioning my previous experiences) and he made it happen.
