He goes above and beyond to help his customers. From immediately providing me photos and videos of everything I asked for to outlining the sales process, Raul was on top of it all. When I picked up the truck I noticed a small vibration in the steering wheel, Raul immediately had the tires re-balanced and had me on my way. Raul is a wonderful guy and Lithia Toyota is a great place to buy a truck. Highly recommend! More

I can only speak for Raul. He was professional, and a good listener, and based on his listening skills showed me 1 vehicle that I did purchase because it met my specifications. Since arriving in 2015 in Odessa and getting extremely poor service at Lithia. The only reason I returned was that Raul sold my friend a Camary earlier this month and she was very pleased with him.
