I bought a 540I, My battery failed, but they told me that the battery is no longer covered by the warranty, They won't help me change the battery, I went to other BMW dealers and they help me to repla that the battery is no longer covered by the warranty, They won't help me change the battery, I went to other BMW dealers and they help me to replace, Pacific BMW has terrible service! More

They did not give a replacement car, the problem with the door was never fixed. Do not go to this dealer for service, choose another one.They are not willing to talk on the phone, the operator says that they door was never fixed. Worst experience servicing my car, I waited 1 hour and 30 min in my car just so I can get it serviced instead of it being taken care of, same experience picking up my car, Unorganized I will not return to th min in my car just so I can get it serviced instead of it being taken care of, same experience picking up my car, Unorganized I will not return to this dealership.
