This is the worst BMW dealer in my life. I have been driving 12 BMWs in the past including Alpina version. This time, my wife wanted to have X4M. I visited the Barrington BMW on the Decembe I have been driving 12 BMWs in the past including Alpina version. This time, my wife wanted to have X4M. I visited the Barrington BMW on the December 25, 2023, and one of the salespeople showed me the allocation to order. He promised me the ordered car was ready to pick up on the first of January. I think he forget to order somehow. and the car is not ready to the first week of Feb. I claimed and the other senior salesperson showed me the allocation scheduled. Then I noticed my order will start to build on March 12. I went to the other BMW dealer, Patrick BMW and fortunately I could buy it. My new BMW X4M is coming on Feb 16,2024. They said my deposit is nonrefundable. It does not make sense. I deposit 1000 dollars because they promised me this car is ready to pick up on the first week of January. But some how my order will start to build on March 12. I hope they could re-imburse 1000dollers for me. The service department is great with star 5. They serviced my M2CS and 330Xi. station wagon very excellent. Unfortunately, sales department is terribly bad. The manager never showed up. More
