The employees are nice and helpful. The issue is that I purchased a used jeep from them that need the O2 sensors replaced and the shocks were leaking. When I picked up the car I was told it was all fixed however later that day the check engine light came on and was throwing the code for the O2 sensors there were supposed to be fixed. The suspension was Fox suspension which typically runs $800-$1200 it was replaced with $155 dollar suspension. More

In Sept 2019, a bad recall happened where none of my rear lights worked leaving the dealer for the first time. A police officer stopped me and said "nice truck sir but none of your rear lights are working" I returned the next day and had sales, service, dealer and service manger was on me and my truck to find out what happened. It got fixed. My last service was Jan 2023. My Ford Pass did not connect. Ms. Fey Nelson went out of her way to connect the app. She backed up her skills by getting coworker Angel to make sure the app was solid and working. Honolulu Ford is family to me.
