We ended up going to Town & Country Toyota to purchase. In 2024, we shopped around for a new Tundra & consulted this dealership. We hoped to have a deal in writing before we went in person. This never happened - only given run-around & they wanted us to come in person. Instead, we purchased from Cloninger Toyota which was a much better, no-hassle experience. More

I was not pleased at all about this dealership. "Larry" was my sales person who lied and gave me an offer of $1500 on my 2009 Camry. Carmax had offered me $3500 and I should have traded there. It was also told to me that a "dummy" vin number would be issued until my ordered car would come in and then the vin number would be correct. I have talked to several friends who are car salesmen and they have laughed at this... Have been looking to get rid of the piece of crap that was sold to me... AND all sales people have thought your dealings were flim- flamming me. Also Hoo dooed me on financing... Would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I am trading this xxx that was sold to me... Don't even deserve a 1 star... More

Chip was unpleasant, very disappointed with the finance department. We waited for hours and no ones would come over to help us while Jaimie was handling another sales. The first person who greeted us at the door and took us around to see the cars was not very knowledgeable on the Toyota cars. We would like to come back in the future to buy another Toyota from your company if we will be treated better this time and hopefully will not be waiting for 4 hours.
