Was in service light cane on, left the car for a day half for service. Still had to return for lights. Was told I can do it myself, if I didn't want to come in or go on Utube. Said that's why I paid Toyota for service. Still had to return for lights. Was told I can do it myself, if I didn't want to come in or go on Utube. Said that's why I paid Toyota almost $800.00. I was appalled! If you look at my other feedback (5-6) emails, I have to return several time to have someone that know what they were doing to reset all maintenance lights. I have been a customer over over 35yrs and I can say the quality diminished. I don't like returning to the office for something I brought my car in for. Please talk to you techs, not to never suggest a customer to go on Utube or reset anything themselves. I will be communicating with Val Valadez, because he has been there for a long time and have service some of my other Toyota's in the early days. More

Service advisor very helpful after I left Maita. Got home found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I wa found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I was fine, let me rent a car and I came in the next day to pick up my 4Runner. I had spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change and lube in the morning. Did not want to wait in the afternoon. I feel much better knowing the personnel at Maita were quick to respond to my problem. Rude and disrespectful customer service rep who gave me the wrong information and told me I didn’t need an oil change when my oil was black causing me to go elsewhere.
