Oscar Franco walked us through the initial closing and was patient when we had to garner our proof of insurance, which took some time. Finance (Connor McCown) was patient and explained the forms as we finalized the sale. Although we paid in full for a used car, all the employees treated us like we were the most significant purchase of the day.
